Massage sessions are by appointment only. Please reach out to schedule your appointment.

During your massage 

At the start of your initial visit, we will review your health history and goals to help tailor your session. I will then leave the room to allow you to undress to your comfort level. During the massage, you will be covered with the sheets at all times except the areas that are being worked on. I will check in several times throughout the massage regarding pressure and comfort; you should also feel free to request changes in my techique or pressure at any time. 

After your session

Following a massage session, I recommend drinking plenty of water, eating well, and avoiding strenuous activity. Some soreness from a particularly deep massage can be normal, but please let me know if you experience bruising or lasting discomfort.

FEES

Payment is due at the end of the session with any of the following methods.

CANCELLATIONS

Please give at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling an appointment; this will allow the opportunity for someone else to schedule. In case of emergency or illness, this policy will not be enforced; please let me know if you are feeling sick and we will reschedule! 

If you are running late, please call to let me know. I will do my best to accommodate you! You will be charged the scheduled duration.

No-call no-shows will be charged the full price of the session.

ETHICS

Sexual misconduct and comments will not be tolerated at any time and will result in immediate termination of the appointment. Payment will not be refunded. 

Inappropriate or sexual behavior from or toward a massage therapist is unethical.  Both client and massage therapist have the right to terminate a session at anytime for any reason. 

Complaints can be filed with the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation using their online platform.
